Shipping and Delivery Policy:

1. Our Shipping Deliverables include

1. The Activation Key(s)
2. Printed Books (in case of the courses that come with Printed Materials)

2. All deliverables will be dispatched only after your payment has been cleared by the appropriate financial institution (in case of cheques / DDs / Online Payment / Bank Transfers)

3. In case of delivery within India all materials will be shipped within 7 business days.

4. In case of delivery to Gulf countries all materials will be shipped within 14 business days.

5. Extreme care and rigorous background check has been undertaken before appointing good courier services to deliver the materials. However, SmartLearn Telcomp Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any materials lost in transit by the courier company.

6. In case of a lost package the customer will have to take the responsibility of tracking the lost package. SmartLearn Telcomp Pvt. Ltd. will assist the customer by providing the POD number provided to SmartLearn Telcomp Pvt. Ltd. by the courier company.

7. In case of a damaged package the customer takes the responsibility of claiming damages from the courier company.
