Kalpathi S. Suresh is the Chairman and Chief Executive officer of Kalpathi Investments Private Limited, an investment firm established by the Kalpathi family in 2007. At Kalpathi Investments, Suresh leads a team of seasoned professionals and aims at fostering innovation driven endeavors in industries and markets that takes advantage of growing globalization. Suresh had founded SSI Limited in the year 1991 along with his two brothers and was the Chairman & CEO of SSI until he ceded management control of the company in December 2007. He had been instrumental in growing the company from an IT training provider in Chennai to a global provider of education, consulting and software services. He was closely involved in all strategic initiatives at SSI. Suresh is a member of the Chennai Chapter of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and was a finalist at the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for India in 1999. Suresh has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology - Madras, and a Master's from Clemson University, South Carolina. He has previously worked with Siemens and HCL. He has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry. Suresh is a fitness enthusiast and a marathon runner.

K.B. Chandrasekhar ("Chandra") co-founded and is Chairman of e4e Inc., a global technology holding company and full-service operating enterprise. In addition to his leadership role in e4e, Chandra is also a co-founder, CEO, and Chairman of Jamcracker, Inc., an on-demand software company Chandra started his first entrepreneurial venture in 1992 with Fouress, Inc., a network software design and development firm with clients including Sun Microsystems, Adaptec, Toshiba, and Lockheed. Within two years, Fouress was a highly profitable company with sales of $1 million per year. In 1990, Chandra moved to the United States as country manager for Rolta India, Ltd., where he was responsible for business development, marketing, and software consulting services. Chandra began his career in 1983 at Wipro, an Indian information technology company, as a customer support engineer. During his seven years with the company, he advanced through various sales, marketing, and support functions including building highly available networks for satellite applications and managing marketing for its European clients. Chandra was born and raised in Chennai, India and holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Anna University

Mr N Kumar is the Vice-Chairman of The Sanmar Group. The Sanmar Group with its corporate head quarters at Chennai, the capital city of Tamil Nadu State in South India, has set the benchmark of global partnerships - in Chlorochemicals, Speciality Chemicals, Engineering and Shipping. Today, it has a turnover of over Rs.26 billion and a presence in some 25 businesses; with manufacturing units spread over 10 locations in India and abroad. Mr Kumar is the Honorary Consul General of Greece in Chennai. Mr Kumar is the Honorary Business Representative of the International Enterprise Singapore (formerly Singapore Trade Development Board). As a spokesman of Industry and Trade, Mr Kumar is a Past-President of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), a leading industrial body, and has participated in various other apex bodies. Mr Kumar is also on the Board of various public companies and carries with him vast experience in the sphere of Technology, Management and Finance. Mr N Kumar has a wide range of public interests going beyond the confines of corporate industrial management in health, social welfare, education and sports. One special area where Mr Kumar and the Group are involved is a Centre for Exceptional Children called the Madhuram Narayanan Centre and the Group runs a number of educational institutions. Mr Kumar is an Engineering Graduate from Anna University, Chennai, India.
